Migrate 2.x UI features to 3.0 #113

These are remaining features yet to be in 3.0.0

* Load jobs by xml UI
* Pause/Resume/PauseAll/ResumeAll triggers UI
* Show calendar UI
* Show job details without triggers UI
* Show listeners and plugin UI
* Show job history UI

Majority of version 2 features are in version 3 latest snapshot now. Here are 
the missing items before the final tag:

* Add pause/resume button on "Jobs with Triggers" table view.
* Add trigger preview dates on Job detail table view.
* Add calendar exclusion indicator on trigger preview.

The only missing feature in latest code is "Show job history UI".

As of SNAPSHOT.4, all features are complete! This including JobHistories view.
