update version of R #109

I'm looking at archeos-4-alpha-i386.iso and I see R version 2.11.1

This is quite an old version and will not work with many modern R packages. Can we update to 3.1.1, the current version?

Wheezy version is 2.15 https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=r-base. actually ArcheOS 5 is based on wheezy so it will be 2.15...
