In order to work with js and vector grapgic (e.g. Raphael) for Cultural Heritage it is very important to export optimized svg from Inkskape. To do it we need the library python-lxml. We should add it inot the control file.

I updated the control file in archeos-meta and I did the pill request. Waiting for validation.
