Update TOPS #18

In ArcheOS Caesar the version of TOPS (Total Open Station) is the 0.1. Up to now the 0.3 is released. It should be tested, evaluated and, in case, the package should be updated.

A newer version of TOPS (0.2) has been tested in this post:

Ill' check check newest version and test it

Hi, in these last months I tested TOPS 0.3 on debian wheezy and it seems work without problems also with a total station (SOKKIA) not registered in software DB.

We can move this issue to ArcheOS-next,a sit could be solved with Jessie adoption.

In ArcheOS-next, this is no more an issue. TOPS is in Jessie repos with 3.4 version.
