Add IMG2DCM #48

As Cicero reported, IMG2DCM is an important software in the workflow of facial reconstruction of mummies. We should dd this software to ArcheOS Theodoric.

I think package is in good shape (at this place https://github.com/archeos/img2dcm/). Could you please test it and give me feedback ?

New repository at https://github.com/archeos/img2dcm-archeos, with more respect for debian policy and upstream. Please do not add a readme in in this new repository, it will break consitency between upstream and debian/master branch.

How to work on the debian directory?

How to patch the upstream ?
