fix locales issue #58

This issue appears on the new iso of theodoric:

LANGUAGE = (unset), LC_ALL = (unset), LC_CTYPE = "UTF-8", LANG = "en_US" are supported and installed on your system.

It should be fixed installing the locales package (archeos-desktop)
