Add dplR (dendrochronology package for R) #59

Thanks to Mauro Bernabei (CNR, IVALSA), now we know that there are more FLOSS related with dendrochronology. One of this software is dplR, which would be good to integrate in ArcheOS Theodoric. It is a R package (also in official CRAN repository)
