LibreCAD instead of QCAD #6

We need to replace Qcad with LibreCAD. We can find the package for Squeezy in Debian Backports: http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=librecad&searchon=names&section=all&suite=squeeze-backports

We need to install also the package librecad-data
