menu bugs fixing

We need to fix some minor bug in menu entry for these packages:

libreCAD has to go in CAD (not in Graphics) spatialite-GIS has to go in Database (not in Other) spatialite-gui has to go in Database (not in Other)

R-Commander, plotdrop, Qtiplot (it must substitute Labplot: see issue #29), Calc in a new menu entry "Statistics"/"Statistica"

So the menu entry we have to correct are:

libreCAD in CAD (not in Graphics) spatialite-GIS in Database (not in Other) spatialite-gui in Database (not in Other) R-Commander in Statistics (not in Science) --> This section is new, due to the high number of statistics software in ArcheOS plotdrop in Statistics (not in Science) Qtiplot in Statistics (not in Science) Calc in Statistics (not in Science) Alchemy in Graphics (not in other)

In my ArcheOS also the entry of CManager, Enviro and VTBuilder (all related to Virtual Terrain Project) are actually in Other, but we should decide an other menu. IMHO they could stay in GIS, even if they are not really a GIS (but QGIS can call Enviro trough the script we added in ArcheOS) or in 3D (VTP is a software to rebuild virtual terrain...). I would choose the second option (3D).

I'm agree. The list seems complete and for VTP I would prefer GIS menu, but Also 3D is not bad. Denis

CManager, Enviro and VTBuilder are the main software of the package VTB, which Ale did to implement Virtual terrain Project in ArcheOS. They are also connected with the package qgis-archeos-plugin, which I did to implement QGIS version of ArcheOS with plugins useful in archaeology: CadTools, PyArchInit and Enviro (with dependencies from the VTP package).

Should be ok with archeos-menu v 4.0.2 (new versioning). I didn't insert OpenOffice Calc into 'statistics' because isn't specific to statistic. I think is a more wide-oriented application and that 'Office' or 'Productivity' directory should be better...
