In order to support ArcheOS with augmented reality applications we should patch ARToolkit vrml parser to make it work with newer version of openvrml.

Yes, In my opinion. there is a simple AR software. just a package for web: no installation, just download and extract. very simple to use. it is ConnectAR, a fork of Ezflar. http://conectarlab.com.ar/conectar-experimentando-con-realidad-aumentada/

Ok, on the other side we provide libaruco too. It's "only" a lib but it seems easy to build something n top of it with OGRE and openCV.
