Alchemy #98

Alchemy was a software in vector section in Caesar. It is not a mandatory software, w could also drop it from Theodoric list. I did the issue because the software can be a simple one for source packaging test (I can start packaging from this small tool)

Not mandatory. We can drop the software. By now I just move it to ArcheOS next
