Kompozer #99

We should package Kompozer in order to have a good WYSIWYG editor for Theodoric. The software was in Caesar form Debian repos, but it seems that there are no packages for Wheeze. Anyway the issue is not urgent.

Website says it's not compatible with recent version of gtk.
