我下载了SAE的代码，建了数据库并且在db_info.inc.php做好了修��
�，进入OJ也都正常，但提交问题后一直是PENGING，是不是不能�
��普通虚拟主机？

web部分可以，但是判题不行，必须另开判题机，但是判题机��
�需外网独立ip,有internet链接的内网机就可以。

我这里已经成功在win2008r2下Hyper-V虚拟的ubuntu server 12.04 
上把网页和判题都部署了。

为什么启动了编译后的守护进程和主进程以后，还是没用啊��

好了我发现了错误的原因= 
=是因为SINAAPP上提供的安装包太老了= =
