Name branch as discussed during May 2018 meetings (image includes basic branch and extension to branch). Branch JSON to follow.

A question though. NAME is a new subclass, necessary to have language attribute on a name. It's a good class. Does it have an official name etc. saved somewhere that we can refer to?

@azaroth42 In reference to George's question above, should we just refer to the class as la:Name?
