I have sketched a basic version of this based on E6 Destruction in CRM Base in the google spreadsheet:

What will probably be up for debate is whether we mean intentional or non-intentional destruction. E6 only covers non-intentional destruction with accuracy. You can use it for a murder, but then you can't indicate the murderer. If we mean more specifically intentional destruction of various types, then we should create an ARM class that is both E6 and E7 so that we can identify agency, objects and method amongst others.
