Ensure keyboard does not obscure widget input #407

In some cases when a user moves focus to a widget, the keyboard appears obscuring the widget. At the same time scrolling is not possible, so the user is not able to move the widget back into view.

@dwuthrich I haven't been able to reproduce this on my device. Do you know which model and card you were editing when this appeared?

@chiatt I tried this on my Nexus 6P but it seems to work correctly for me. I used the model and branch that @dwuthrich mentioned. Someone else is going to have to test this.

This was definitely happening before, but I no longer see it in the iPhone 7 or iPhone SE simulators either. I'll assign this to @dwuthrich to see if he still sees it in the latest.
