Describe the bug

Onsen places large gutter near bottom of page for iphonex+

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load the mapbox_gl_upgrade_testing branch into a simulator or device iphonex+
  2. Navigate to any project view.
  3. Notice the white gutter and misplaced bottom menu

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The gutter should, at least initially, be moved to the bottom of the page to compensate the iphonex+'s swipe bar.
