GeojsonFeatureCollection widget's feature list occasionally becomes unscrollable when widget is part of list and user navigates to report #631

When the GeojonFeatureCollection widget is part of a list of other widgets, navigating to the 'Report' page then navigating back to the editor page will occasionally cause the geojson feature list to become unscrollable.

Navigating away from the widget and then navigating back fixes the unscrollable list until the triggering actions are reproduced.

This appears a complex issue within Onsen, and how it maintains multiple tab pages.
