I just realized that @aarongundel has had some in-progress localization documentation that is in the master_localization_docs branch, but we just merged some other localization content into master that doesn't directly build off of his. There isn't 100% overlap between this content, so I wanted to make this ticket to make sure we don't lose track of the need to combine it.

This is the recently committed content, https://github.com/archesproject/arches-docs/blob/b0ade90c59aa981a6a0a96bf9c6586d3bb91676a/docs/localizing-arches.txt, and the recent commits here https://github.com/archesproject/arches-docs/tree/master_localization_docs must be incorporated back into it.
which release does this issue concern?
master branch and 6.0 branch -- backport to 5.1 would be nice but not necessary.
