[VGM] production date of a painting #1485

in the time span for the production event (painting - image making), I am not able to enter a date that is more accurate than the year (I can select a day but it will not show) - also some of our dates are precise to the day, others only to the month such as october 1883 Still I entered 1883 but it does not appear in production event date or if I search by 1883

@annabelleee & @Habennin It seems like fuzzy dates might be needed here in a lot of cases. Perhaps these nodes should be migrated to edtf?
