v75 upgrade - refine available basemap layers #1155

There are a lot of basemap layers which probably need to be removed or not loaded by default. Perhaps deactivate, zip or completely remove?

Confirmed with Stuart Cakebread on 07/05/24 that all but default basemap layers would removed
