Addresses issue #1204

Adds icons to the Associated Monuments/Areas/Artefacts view in the report, to allow for clear identification of which model a resource belongs to: 332003379-8521b14f-5855-4e23-8383-aab3b8504234

TODO:

[ ] Add to all resource instance display points
[ ] Ensure responsive e.g. icon size change
[ ] Ensure works in report, resource, details
