Description of Change

• The photo gallery card now validates uploaded files against the file formats specified in the widget configuration (previously any file format could be uploaded even if valid file formats had been specified)
• The photo workbench now shows the file size limit specified in the widget configuration rather than just showing 8MB (this has required a slight wording change in javascript.htm values max-file-size-warning, max-photo-size-warning)
• The photo workbench now shows the valid file formats specified in the widget configuration rather than hard coded values (this has required a slight wording change in javascript.htm values valid-image-formats and accepted-image-formats)

Requesting to add this to arches core 7.5 because it this feature is not working as expected and will cause confusion to users who are seeing an incorrect file size and accepted file type (with no validation) in the UI

Yes, I think that's the case. It should be sorted with me having merged in the latest from dev/7.5.x
