Adds the functionality for cancelling unsaved edits for URL edits

Closes #10732 Also addresses No.3 of https://github.com/archesproject/arches-her/issues/1218

Apologies @SDScandrettKint, it looks like the changes that @aj-he made here #11138 resolve this issue as well, and I already merged it this morning.
