Node tooltip hover doesn't work when node is selected through card #11064
A complex issue to explain, so I have provided a video demonstration below. When a nodes are selected in the graph view, hovering over the branch, delete or copy to clipboard options show the tooltip. When a card is selected and then this respective node is found in the graph section, the hover tooltips don't show up anymore.
