Followed by, if possible, any Historic Resources, Historic Districts, Person/Organizations (randomly mixed together).

Lowest priority is other Resources--i.e., Activity, Event, Information Resource

@apeters, it does indeed seem like this is HIP-specific, and perhaps closed, or moved to the HIP repo?
