Lp token display error just after pool creation #1158

Describe the problem you discovered

When we create a pool in aeSwap desktop, after refreshing aeWallet, the LP token in Accounts Tab is not displayed correctly. The lp token type is not loaded correctly and assimilated like a fungible token

Fixed by custom token management
