Add Settings Button During All Scenes #18

Primarily to be able to mute sounds/music, and return to main menu

There may be an issue with the music player... if you start with the music off, go into tutorial, exit and then try to play music, receiving an error. Moved to #22

Believe that issue #22 may be resolved. Need to get toggle button working for turning on/off music. Believe a function may be needed that checks to see whether it was enabled/disabled. Need to add settings ability to every scene (prefab!)

Believe that all is left is duplicating the settings menu/button on all scenes and testing on other scenes

Need to: get the panel working on the intro screen(s) and make the settings panel over the potions in the main scene
