Required Theme Components Autodetect: We are now reading a theme's section files to scan for required components #403

install cmd: We now use the new required theme components autodetect feature instead of defaulting to all components #403
Dependencies: Minor updates
ImportMap: importmap.json can now handle array values. The values can include glob patterns or ignore patterns starting with "!"
ImportMap: Filtering removed — Whatever globs are in the Import Map is what gets output

install cmd: Import Map caused Errors when installing a single component with no Js Files
