Issue with background overlay - not covering whole page #14

Problem appears in chrome. The background overlay (opaque black) won't cover whole page, just one section.

Hi, this issue can occur when Chrome has trouble parsing the document due to invalid HTML.

Fixing the invalid HTML should resolve the display issues in Chrome.
