Hi, Simple Lightbox does not appear to be activated on the page you provided.

Please provide a link to a page that exhibits the issue you are experiencing and I would be glad to take a look.

Plz check on http://www.aginskycapital.com/key-people/ , when you click on this link then slb not working when you reload the page then its working. Please resolve this issue ASAP..

Hi, SLB is working on that page without having to be reloaded.

I would recommend clearing your browser's cache and making sure that the page has finished loading completely before clicking an image.

If SLB is still not working, please report your findings and I would be glad to take another look.

Hi, I did test it in multiple browsers, including Firefox and Chrome. The results were the same regardless of the browser. As long as the page had fully loaded, SLB worked without issue and without having to reload the page.

Please check when I click on Alexander Aginsky in firefox then it open like below image http://www.aginskycapital.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Alexander-aginsky-text.jpg it goes on hyper link not show slb with X button or play Button.

Hi, I have tested all images individually on that page to make sure they were working. Again, as long as the page has completely loaded (not just the image itself), SLB functions properly.

When you click on a link before the page has finished loading, the behavior is as you describe (the image itself is loaded, not in a lightbox). Make sure to watch the loading icon in the browser tab to make sure that the page has finished loading before clicking on an image.
