This updates the 04-Makefile patch to work with FontConfig 2.12.6, a trivial change.
(Incidentally 2.12.6 is probably the last version to work with FreeType < 2.8.1).
I don't know why the infinality_bundle no longer contains the 01-03 and 05 patches that were originally in bohoomil's patch-set. I've added them because I never stopped using them.
