Add wreq and aur packages #175

Hi, it's pity that I cannot build aura without adding haskell-wreq and haksell-aur packages from AUR. This patch adds them with their dependencies. Binary packages are available at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8h5a0emn16nxcgo/AADWwl5Lna3fMXFg5kb7n5DDa?dl=0

Yes, having these and lens included in [haskell-core] would be a massive help.

I can see wreq ans lens have been included. I hardly see a point in including aur alone.
