MD Changer did work this morning.
It took a few seconds after ignition to start (I did an instant start, instead of waiting in Ign2 for the HU + Arduino to come up) and I suppose it still hangs after the handshake and everything, but it is usable enough to enable the input :)
CH Changer is untested, but should work, too (now that the type in its ID is fixed).
