Some sort of rough in editor guide to what CA/PA matches with what reputation for leagues #4

ex. Creating a -7 PA, 95 CA would likely sign/wouldn't sign with a team of x reputation or a league of Y reputation. Trying to fill out some mid level leagues, I'd like to make sure the appropriate players are available.
