A non-player (including a player/coach) loaned to another team is a Staff error condition;
A player/non-player with a primary or secondary nationality set to an inactive nation is now a Staff error condition;

Re item 2 above, rather than fixing inactive nationalities, lets have an auto-validation to correct England, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc to GB. I believe this should also apply to Gibraltar. I can't remember who but there was a Gibraltar national who played in the EPIHL about ten years ago who was treated as British for the purposes of the foreigner rules. The same goes for the Falklands (although I can't recall off-hand if they're a nation in the DB, I don't think they are).

Scotland needs to be added to that list as well to make them Great Britain as Scotland isn't set as an active nation.
