Database Validation: Add Error status for Sub-Competition not matching Parent Xompetition values #57

Error conditions should exist for Sub-Competitions added to ACTIVE parent competitions where the following does not match the parent:
1) Continent & Nation 2) Division Level 3) Reputation 4) Upper Age Limit 5) Colours - minor but I like to ensure the synergy is there
