Added 4.0.1.
Updated license and description.
Updated JAR names to match standard approach and include module name.
Moved 2.0.9 to be with the rest of the twitter4j versions.
Items break backwards compatibility and may be controversial, but are the correct way to do this. This may warrant further discussion on the correct way to handle this.
