[Video] Seeking doesn't work with LPCM remuxed videos #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start to transcode a DTS video (ex. mkv).
2. Go in Playstation to MM:SS position.
3. Video never start again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.02.1 Vista x64 Enterprise

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using (mencoder,
avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)
Mencoder, Avisynth/mencoder (using Coreavc)
