ps3mediaserver will not work after Quiting program and starting up again!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Quit ps3mediaserver
2. Launch ps3mediaserver again
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

ps3mediaserver interface opens but it does not work. In the "Traces" 
all I see is [main] TRACE 20:24:00.768 Starting Java PS3 Media Server 
v1.02.1.

And it can not find my PS3.

The only way to fix it is to reinstall ps3mediaserver. When doing this 
it works again right away. But as soon as I quit the program it stops 
working again. And anther reinstall is needed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.02.1 On  Windows 7 Ultimate

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using 
(mencoder, avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)

If the media file is in error (or does not play flawlessly), what are 
the codec informations of this file (you can use following program: 
mediainfo.sourceforge.net) ? 

Please provide any additional information below and PLEASE JOIN 
debug.log file !!

I just saw posts 104 and 135 with the same issue I am having! And as  
"jselande" 
said I changed security properties for "Program\PS3 Media Server" folder to 
full access for the user account and that fixes the issue! :)

But I hope this will be fixed in the software soon so we do not have to enable 
full access for the folder.

same as issue 135 but 104 is another matter
