What is the expected output?

I would like to be able to select multiple directories and create multiple 
directory junctions in one step. For example C:\FolderA\MyFolder1 -> 
C:\FolderB\MyFolder1, C:\FolderA\MyFolder2 -> C:\FolderB\MyFolder2, etc. in a 
single step.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version on Windows 7

Hello,

This is certainly a good functionality that nobody asked for yet. I will try to 
look if its possible.

When I started working on this app, I was just starting with programming and 
basically did a really static application. As part of the rework i had planned, 
I will take this into account.
