Dutch subtitles often are corrupted and show as blocks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On PS3 run a movie and the subtitles are not showing in 33% of the case, 
just blocks.
2. On Philips TV run a movie and the subtitles are not showing in 33% of the 
case, just blocks.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the subtitles but in 33% of all movies I only see blocks on the 
screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have it since a long time. Also on version 2.2.4
Windows 7 64b.

Please provide any additional information below.
When I use PowerDVD on my PC and watch the movies the subtitles show correctly.

This is from the log when running one of the movies with the problem of 
blocked/unreadable subtitles. Movie itself plays ok.
