UMS cannot find either of 2 PS3's all connected on the same ethernet network

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run widows7 premium 
2.run any level of UMS including UMS 2.5.2.1 
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UMS performs search but reports no renderers found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UMS 2 thru 2.5.2.1 with clean installs of each on Windows 7 premium SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

I also have a PC running Windows XP SP3 on the same ethernet network and UMS 
2.5.2.1 finds and runs either PS3 with no problem.
PMS also fails exactly the same way on the windows 7 system
My other renders (DIVX+ player, windows media player,etc.)find my PS3's on the 
my Windows 7 PC or my Windows XP PC with no problem

Sounds like a firewall issue. I'm using Windows 7 with no problems

I don't know if this problem is related but I have a similar problem in that 
every time I start the PS3 I need to restart UMS for it to be found. The PS3 
sees other media servers but not UMS after boot up.

Make sure firewall is turned off, then try reboot.  I have no issues running on 
win7 pro 64bit or server 2008 r2.
