What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After the update I can not connect to universal media server?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6, Windows 7

Does this update block this program?

4.40:
"Blocked the use of Proxy Servers to prevent the use of patch blocker programs 
and patch bypass exploits."
