No video on Xvid MPEG-4 encoded AVI files. #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Playing AVI files that are Xvid MPEG-4 encoded.
(All other video formats work fine.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect video with sound, but I get audio only, no picture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using UMS 2.6.0 as the DLNA server, and an Asus O!Play HDP-R1 at each TV 
set as the media players.

Please provide any additional information below.
Running Windows XP Pro with all patches and service packs.
The K-Lite_Codec_Pack_985_Mega is installed on PC.

What happens if you remove line 84 from renderers/Realtek.conf? The 
"MimeTypesChanges" line
