Buffered IO End Checker - Constant Start/stop playing event - Please help! #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting to stream
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Be able to watch. Constant "stop playing event"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
U.M.S. 3.3.0 (also happened with latest version PMS). Windows XP, SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

This started happening about 5 days ago. Already did a system restore, still 
the same. After searching this forum, tried:
- different engines
- different bandwith values 
- Different buffer size 
- Different java memory allocated

And last, i removed all of PMS, and made a UMS clean install.

Still having this problem.
