This was from PR #78 from @jbsarrodie :
My only remark would be related to the Preference pane: I think we should now revamp it a bit:
"Setting" section should be renamed "Workspace" ("repository" was the term used before we create the Collaboration Workspace)
"Workspace" section should contain the "Local repository folder" setting (renamed to "Collaboration Wokspace folder") and the "Fetch and refresh..." setting (renamed to "Refresh remote model status in the background").
"Repository" section should be renamed "Security and authentication" and contain the "Store each..." and SSH related settings.
"Store each..." could be mutually exclusive (radio button or grayed out) with "Enable SSH"
