[Feature Request] Add padding option to Appearance settings

It would be great to provide padding options to an element, either simple (i.e. global padding = 4px) or granular (i.e. left = 4px, right = 4px, top = 0px, bottom = 0px, apply to all sides = false).

This would allow for simpler styling vs. relying on nested notes.
