Copy As Image to Clipboard not working properly in some apps on Windows

I've tested this with Inkscape and can confirm this.

Seems to be Windows only
The problem is only with Draw2d figures, and then only with some figures depending on size and other unknown factors
The problem also occurs with Modelio tool, as it also uses Eclipse Draw2d
Images in Canvas Views and in objects render OK
The ArchiMate icons (Draw2d) in the top right corner also render OK
Text is rendered white
Fills are not always rendered
