Preview HTML Report (internal browser) crashes Archi on Intel Macs running macOS Ventura 13 #878

This affects Intel Macs running macOS Ventura 13.

Tools -> Preview HTML Report will crash Archi to desktop. This uses the internal browser with JS enabled. Hints view is OK since JS is not used by default. If a Canvas hint contains JS it will also crash.

This is either a bug with Apple or Eclipse:

There's nothing we can do about it in Archi code.

I've put in a workaround for the next release to use the external browser in this case.

There's a fix in Ventura 13.2.
